Wild One Apparel utilizes USPS for ground shipping and at times, UPS. Shipping time for delivery can be anywhere from 3-7 days depending on your location. Currently, we only offer domestic shipping in the United States. Delivery times can vary as this is a one woman operation so your patience and support is greatly appreciated!

At Wild One Apparel, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve got you covered with a simple return process.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS:

-Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

-Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags attached.

-We do not accept returns on sale items, limited edition products, or gift cards.

-Original shipping costs are non refundable.

HOW TO START A RETURN:

-Email us at support@wildoneapparels.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

-We will provide instructions on how to return your item(s).

-You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or you received the wrong product.

REFUNDS:

-Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.

-if approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

EXCHANGES:

-If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@wildoneapparels.com. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

-If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
